… Just not quite this much at once. Right now all of our efforts are focused on rainwater management and keeping safe and dry, and we will be back to showing vacancies on Friday. Please hold off on emails about vacancies until then. Thank you for your patience.
This beautiful two bedroom, one bath Craftsman-style cottage was built in 1913 and features glowing hardwood floors, a dining room, and washer/dryer hookups. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. The gorgeous vintage kitchen has a walk-in pantry.Landscaping service is provided for the cute back patio. In a restoration last year, I’ve added a beautiful pedestal sink in the bath, refinished the bathtub and kitchen sink, and replaced the kitchen and bath flooring.
I’m really flattered that so many tenants and property owners have said positive things about us on Yelp.
It’s been brought to my attention someone pretending to be Heritage Property Consulting has been fraudulently listing properties on Craigslist and other websites for a fraction of expected market rent. The scammers have been requiring applicants to provide identifying information online, with payment for thousands of dollars, all without the applicants ever seeing the properties.
Beware, and use good common sense! If the rent is too good a deal to be true, it’s likely a scam. Please never send money to an anonymous person, and be sure to actually see a rental before applying.
I’m so sad to think that someone may have been taken in by a scammer using my property photos, and I hope that everyone sees this scheme for what it is: a reprehensible con.
How flattering of San Diego Voyager to take an interest in our company! Here is the interview they did with Lara and some photos grabbed from her social media accounts; we hope you enjoy getting to know her a bit. Our fave photos are of Lara and Danielle on a teambuilding weekend desert trip. You can tell they definitely enjoy working together.
This large, charming, fully restored deluxe row cottage in our vintage bungalow court features hardwood floors and high ceilings. This is a prized end cottage. This building was built in 1935, and was originally Naval Officer housing. We’ve finished the floors to a beautiful glow and restored the large all-original dine-in kitchen with its deep enamel sink and tile countertops. The vintage-look bathroom was built in the graceful old style. The hardwood floors continue down the hall into the sunny bedrooms.
