I’m really proud of my rentals: they’re all clean and in great condition, and almost all of them are in the happening North Park, University Heights, Normal Heights, South Park, and Golden Hill areas.     Owner pays for water, trash, recycling, and landscaping. A cat may be welcomed, but we can’t allow dogs. Please note that excellent credit, current verifiable income, and four years of rental history is a must, and we can’t accept cosigners.
